We visited the Pershing Road K-Mart this evening. The retailer is in its last days...... scheduled to lock doors for the last time at the close of business on August 7. Some of what we saw tonight:

Caterpillar Sculpture

Earlier this week, Caterpillar unveiled their beautiful new sculpture at the corner of Pershing and 22nd. The sculpture is the first of what is hoped to be many along 22nd Street, as the Beautify Decatur Coalition works to improve the "look and feel" of that important corridor.
