It's that time of the year again.  Arts in Central Park has returned.  September 19-21 in downtown Decatur's Central Park.

Decatur Link of the Week: Crossfit

It's been a little while since we've featured a "Decatur Link of the Week" here on Picture Decatur.
So we may just feature 2 this week.

CrossFit Enhance is a licensed affiliate of CrossFit, Inc. and is a part of the Decatur Memorial Hospital (DMH) Health and Wellness Department.  Our focus is preparing athletes for general physical preparedness through functional movements and high intensity exercise.  The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

The DMH Crossfit program meets on a regular basis at their gym/training facility located at 2122 North 27th Street in Decatur Illinois.
